Fresh aromas of mint and orange zest penetrate the nose powerfully. Similarly fresh on the palate, a tart juniper aroma is well integrated towards the finish. White pepper on the finish.

Initially candy-like raspberry and blackberry sweetness on the nose, then Earl Grey tea and elderberry come through. The palate is analogous to the aroma. Spicy finish with meadow sweet aftertaste.
