Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Unconventional nose with notes of nutmeg, grassy marc and a hint of fruit. Very recognisable on the palate, the spiciness is somewhat predominant. Slightly smoky finish.
