„For generations our organic wine estate has stood for one hundred per cent passion and respect for nature. This is how we create a basis for high-quality wines,” reports the Botzet family. They cultivate ten hectares of vines in sites like Lieser Niederberg and Lieser Schlossberg. The Devonian slate soils of the steep sites lend minerality and spice to the wines. With the takeover by Hubert Botzet, a new generation is now at the helm. He presented ambitious and honest wines. All of them are vegan – only “pure grapes” are allowed into the glass.
