The white wine »X-treme« Maring-Noviand Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Bioweingut Hubertushof has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Ripe apricot on the nose, apple and also freshly grated lemon peel. On the palate lean and tightly built with good extract and tension, the acidity is ripe and lively with salty undertones and hints of the afore mentioned ripe, juicy stone fruit with a mineral underpinning. Classic style.
