Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2022/23

The Cora Hof is a small winery near St. Pauls in Überetsch. At the age of 50, the self-taught geologist Lorenz San Nicoló embarked on a wine adventure - supported by fellow winegrowers and encouraged by his wife. The vineyards are located on glacial sediments that were deposited in a glacial lake. These fertile, highly compacted soils are known as "Kampferde". They provide ideal conditions for heavy red wines. The range includes two wines: a fleshy, dense Merlot and a fragrant Goldmuskateller.
