Falstaff Wineguide Switzerland 2023/24

The FiBL Vineyard is part of the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL, one of the world's leading research institutions on organic agriculture. Around 20 new and traditional grape varieties grow on four hectares in Fricktal, Aargau. Together with the scientific community, new findings in viticulture are obtained and also put into practice. In addition, the winery produces many experimental and traditional wines.
