The Frauenkopf winery, idyllically situated on the left bank of Lake Biel in Twann, extends over eight hectares and stands for organic and natural viticulture. Nick and Rahel Bösiger are committed to the responsible use of natural resources, which is reflected in the Demeter and organic Bud certification of their wines. As a winegrower, Nick Bösiger is convinced that only healthy soil can produce healthy grapes, which in turn form the basis for excellent wines.
