Falstaff Weinguide Schweiz 2024/25

In 2021 Manuel Schneiter and Roman Thürig, two newcomers from Lucerne, were able to take over historic cellars in the picturesque wine village of Twann, and this was the birth of their Domaine Bonnet du Fou. Today they cultivate the Chasselas, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Diolinoir varieties on two hectares, from which long lasting terroir wines are produced with a lot of manual work and a demand for the highest quality. The winery has been certified organic since 2023. .
