On the nose, a complex bouquet with notes of honey, roasted apple, stone fruit confit, citrus, white nougat and some lovage. The full-bodied palate is fresh, and aromatically profound with notes of citrus, nutty nuances and honey, on a long, ethereal-spicy finish.
