A bouquet that oscillates between floral savouriness and nutty dried fruit. Notes of cubeb pepper, ras el-hanout, Damascus rose and wild fennel. Also dried figs, honey, roasted nuts and yellow dried fruit. Taut acidity on the palate, harmonious fruit, walnuts, salty long finish.
