Medium burgundy, orange reflections, fine carbonic acid. A hint of raspberry confit, yellow apple, subtle herbal savouriness, some honey. Light-footed, delicate roasted onion, sweet core, subtle acidity, lemony nuances on the finish, red berry aftertaste.
