Mittleres Zweibelrot, orangefarbene Reflexe, feine Kohlensäure. Ein Hauch von Himbeerkonfit, gelber Apfel, dezente Kräuterwürze, etwas Honig. Leichtfüßig, zart nach Röstzwiebel, süßer Kern, dezentes Säurespiel, zitronige Nuancen im Abgang, rotbeeriger Nachhall.
