Intense, sparkling light gold with persistent mousse. Intense aroma of candied lemon zest, wet stone, butter cookies, subtle hints of marzipan and pieces of candied fruit. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, hearty fruit core and lovely tension, subtle salty undertone, fine nutty aromas, good length, balanced finish.
