Bright, sparkling straw yellow in colour with golden highlights. A great, multi-layered, and inviting nose of flint, dried lemon, blood orange and fine creamy hints, reminiscent of white chocolate. Very racy and lively on the palate, seems very compact, with perfectly balanced interplay between acidity and fruit, bone dry with a great feel, salty and endlessly long.
