Tasting from 25.04.2018: Ulrich Sautter & Team

Elderberry, sloe, slightly animal, white pepper, lots of vanilla, round and silky, lots of wood, but little ageing character, rich ripe fruit, good density - overall a good wine, but only little Gran Reserva character.
