Ripe and savoury aroma, some forest floor, dried leaves, clove and juniper berries, dried porcini mushroom, light tertiary aromas. "Quercus" goes beyond the idea of traditional Trollinger, it shows substance, volume and a firm structure, ripe tannins, savouriness and depth, good length, well matured.
