Clear straw yellow with a subtle mousse. Ripe expression on the nose, reminiscent of milk chocolate, dried mango and persimmon, with a bread crust aftertaste. Ripe fruit again on the palate, but also crisp acidity, firm texture and a clear fruit core, with a clean finish and fine drive.
