Intense yellow green, fine-grained bubbles. Notes of yeast pastry, ripe pineapple and candied apricot, with a spruce honey finish. With a fine mousse on the palate, hearty expression, clear, ripe fruit and light drive, flattering and balanced, lacks a little sprint.
