Tasting from 25.03.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fruity and spicy on the nose with notes of ripe raspberry, cherry and dried plum. There are also subtle herbal and spice notes. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe acidity and aromas of dark and red berries and liquorice. Slightly noticeable tannin, long spicy finish.
