Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with a delicate, persistent mousse. Fragrant nose, fruity, blackcurrants, orange peel, oyster, also has a hint of banana candy, echoes of elderberry cordial. Beautiful juiciness and balanced fruit on the palate, hearty, rich, beautifully full-bodied through to the finish.
