Tasting Notes
Salmon-pink in colour with a fine-grained and persistent mousse. The nose is of fresh raspberries and cherries, with background hints of some orange zest and dried rose petals. On the palate it's dry, with well integrated and delicate mousse. Fresh and juicy, almost gluggable in style, with a fruity finish.
