Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright, intense salmon pink with a peachy touch and persistent mousse. Apricot on the nose, ripe orange on the finish. A certain juiciness on the palate, shows effervescent mousse, but breaks down rather quickly in the aftertaste.
