The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG Bussia, vintage 2018 from the winery Marco Bonfante has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Very ripe fruit aromas of plums, blackberries and sour cherries on the nose, delicate notes of sage, savoury nuances paired with dark chocolate and liquorice. Dense and powerful on the palate, with a continuous progression of fruity flavours, combined with broad tannins and a medium finish.
