Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Delicately smoky notes of red forest berries, some brioche, pink grapefruit and mineral hints show on the nose. The palate is tight-knit and taut, with ripe red cherries, a lively structure and ripe plum fruit at the core. It's relatively dry and vinous on the finish, making for a firm food companion with a salty, chalky aftertaste.
