Clear, light golden yellow with a fine-grained mousse. Sweet and inviting on the nose, of buttery cookies and ripe stone fruit, with a hint of chamomile blossom. Beautiful juiciness on the palate, velvety texture, compact fruit, gentle persistence on the finish.
