Bright straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Very cool on the nose, of flint and cold cream, precise, fresh, white flowers and citrus fruits in the aftertaste. Hearty on the palate, full-bodied, with compact, perky mousse, salty, vibrant, with plenty of persistence.
