Dark ruby with purple reflections and a delicate ochre rim. Intense blackberry fruit underlaid with sea buckthorn and raspberry pulp, subtle savouriness, vanilla and nougat. Powerful palate, full-bodied and with a fine sweetness at the core. It has silky tannins and a chocolaty finish. A complex food companion with ageing potential.
