Strong ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Nougat, mandarin zest, eucalyptus, blackberries, some peppermint, very multi-layered bouquet. Powerful, complex, fruity, ripe, carrying tannins, saline minerality, chocolaty finish, still very youthful with some baby fat, will improve with age, a powerful, spicy food wine.
