Bright, rich straw yellow with a persistent, fine mousse. Fragrant pineapple on the nose, with fine meadow flowers, some grapefruit and a slight iodine aftertaste. Clear fruit on the palate, juicy texture, slightly grippy finish, light phenolics, finishes delicately bitter.
