Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant nose, ripe raspberries, dried flowers, rosehips and hibiscus blossom, redcurrants, wild strawberries, forest floor and fine wood savouriness. A muscular Pinot Noir on the palate with a stable and vivid acidity to the juicy fruit and mineral savouriness, fine-grained tannins, dense with certain ageing potential, elegant mid-palate with good length, terroir character.
