Tasting Notes
Light straw colon with greenish nuances. 92% Chenin Blanc, 8% Sémillon. The fragrance appears closed: yellow apple and a hint of green gooseberry, subtle yeasty and also mineral-"stony" notes in the background. The palate has substance and depth, the acidity carries without being isolated and a vivid phenolics gives structure to the quite supple, pronounced-in-fruit background. Authentic, individual - and undoubtedly only at the very beginning of its development.
