Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a lively mousse. Fresh white tropical fruit, a hint of lychee and lemongrass, and some floral nuances on the nose, underlaid by delicate hints of broom and saffron - an inviting bouquet. Tight-knit and light-footed on the palate with a core of fresh peach. It's a lively and animating style, with lime and nutmeg on the precise finish.
