A pale salmon pink, with cherry red hues, a silver sheen. Fresh dates, a hint of preserved cherries, some blossom honey, an inviting bouquet. Textured, elegant, notes of strawberry confit, an elegant acidity, harmonious and persistent, with a sweet finish, a balanced dessert wine.
