The non-alcoholic white wine »Serena Mode«, vintage 2023 from the winery Miguel Torres Chile has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points.
The quite clear aroma shows notes of lemongrass and green bell pepper. In the mouth, the wine is straightforward, the acidity provides support without being isolated, peppery aromas fill the palate and are carried into the finish by a suitable hint of sweetness. Stylish and typical of the variety.
