Der Black Swan Sauvignon Blanc 2023 ist ein reiner Ausdruck des Steenberg-Terroirs und zeigt in der Nase Noten von Kapuzinerkresse, Zuckerschoten, frischem Spargel und Paprika, während der Gaumen die Aromen mit frischer Zitrone und subtilen Anklängen von getrockneten Aprikosen und Mange tout unterstützt. Eine köstliche Säure begleitet einen vollen und langen Abgang, der durch den langen Kontakt mit der Hefe im Tank erreicht wird. Dieser Wein ist ein wunderbarer Essenswein und wird sich für eine Lagerung von 10 bis 20 Jahren lohnen.
