Pale straw yellow, silver reflections, lively mousse. Nuances of citrus zest, dark minerality, floral hints of elderflower, delicate, precise muscatel notes. The fruity sweetness is countered by a lively acidity, vital and light-footed, very good balance, juicy and well-persistent, lime and honey in the aftertaste.
