Tasting from 27.04.2016: Martin Kilchmann

Light lemon yellow. A very noble, stylish Sauvignon bouquet with some fine woody notes including hints of vanilla and hazelnuts. A juicy attack on the palate, backed by firm structure and vivid acidity. There's a noticeable wood imprint alongside the citrus-led character, before a medium-long and subtly salty finish on this Ticino classic white from Malcantone.
