Strong red, slightly cloudy, hardly any signs of ageing; mature bouquet, leather, mint, licorice, spicy; short, soft attack on the palate, striking acidity, slightly green tannins that linger a little, aromas of hot peppers, red currant, white pepper. Still fresh, somewhat rustic wine, can still be shown, but must be observed.
