Bright straw yellow in colour with a green tinge. Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, reminiscent of pineapple, followed by hints of honey and dandelion flowers. The palate is extremely juicy, saline, and mouth-watering, with refreshing acidity, and a persistent finish.
