Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Inviting citrus scent on the nose, a hint of wet stone, reminiscent of cinchona bark, echoes of black bread. Juicy and clear on the palate, with a great salty undertone, vibrant, then unfortunately bitter on the finish.
