Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright, intense peach pink with persistent mousse. Subtle expression on the nose, some yeast, hazelnut, apricot and sage on the finish. Unfortunately a little grippy on the palate, with a nice salinity and length, currently still a little unbalanced.

More about the tasting

Rich, bright apricot with persistent mousse. Oxidative style on the nose, of ripe wild berry fruit, apple, milk chocolate, some dried orange peel, with fine floral notes in the finish. On the palate with beautiful tension and well-integrated mousse, hearty, elegant salty tones on the finish, delicately bitter aftertaste.
