Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate woody savouriness, nuances of vanilla, white pear fruit, citrus zest, attractive bouquet. Medium body, clear like a mountain stream, finesse-rich structure, lime in the aftertaste, ideal as an aperitif and with light summer dishes.
