Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 26.11.2015

Complex aroma of Assam tea, mallow, blueberry, also some chocolate and juniper, and a fruity top note almost like pineapple. Subtly extracted with a delicate tannic impression that is accompanied by nervous and mineral elements. Underlying smoothness but never drifting into broadness, great natural freshness. Made with precision and delicacy.
