Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, dark ruby red with a light purple hue. Slightly savoury, peppery on the nose, shows hidden animalistic tones, opens up after aeration and then reveals lots of wild berries. Tannic mouth with slight dryness, good drive, somewhat impetuous.
