Spicy nose: white pepper and thyme, sage. Some sweet cherry, subtle bouquet, unforced. Juicy on the palate, lean with a very restrained tannin note, silky, mineral-tinged, not immensely dense - but classic in structure. A hint of barrique in the finish, chocolaty, juicy wine in the elegance type.
