The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Anna Maria Abbona has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Elegant, rich ruby red with slight lightening on the rim. Fragrant, open nose of dried rose petals and dried strawberries, pink peach, dried grapefruit zest in the aftertaste. Dense tannins and fruit dominate the palate, very elegant, enveloping, with a long finish and very slightly drying.
