Pale straw yellow colour with silver reflections. Fruity on the nose, citrus fruits with grapefruit, lemon zest, some quince, slightly reductive, some wet stone and matchstick. Very juicy on the palate, very soft mouthfeel, yet fresh and slightly mineral. Persistent on the finish.
