Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver-grey. On the nose, notes of fresh pears, elderflower, a hint of cassis, grapefruit, very precise and fragrant. Just as precise on the palate, not too sweet, with crisp acidity and fresh fruit, a vegetal nuance integrates very well, balanced, drinks finely.
