Pale greenish yellow. Yellow apple fruit with a delicate hint of caramel, hints of honeydew melon and orange zest. Elegant and balanced, fine stone fruit nuances, well-integrated wood touch, mineral and persistent, a multi-faceted food companion with ageing potential.
