Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. A fine woody savouriness underpins pineapple and honeydew melon on the nose, as well as a touch of ripe pear and a floral note. The palate is juicy and freshly structured, with a mineral-salty edge to the yellow fruit. Citrus notes on the finish, a versatile food companion.
